The name

Fareeq is the Arabic word for a team: people who work together. That is what we make for companies, we gather their team. We do not sell a database and we do not forward you a pile of CVs. You give us the criteria as you see them, we write the advert and publish it, and the CVs arrive in our inbox, not yours. There we screen them with AI and compare each CV with your criteria, then send you a shortlist of the people worth meeting.
